WokmanEverything you need to know about using Wokman to structure your bounty and hackathon execution.
Wokman is an execution layer for Web3 builder communities. It helps teams turn bounties, hackathons, and community projects into structured workspaces with tasks, teams, and proof-of-work tracking.
Unlike chat-based coordination in WhatsApp or Discord, Wokman provides a dedicated workspace where every task, decision, and submission is tracked in one place. No more digging through endless threads to find what was decided or who is doing what.
To create a workspace, paste a bounty URL (from Superteam Earn, ETHGlobal, or any other platform) or a raw project brief into the Workspace Generator. Wokman's AI will analyze the input and generate a structured workspace with concrete tasks, required roles, deadlines, and rewards.
Each workspace comes with role slots based on the generated requirements. You can assign team members to these slots, add new roles, and track who is responsible for what. Team members can see the workspace and its progress.
Every workspace includes a set of structured tasks generated by AI based on the bounty or hackathon requirements. Tasks span research, architecture, design, development, testing, and submission phases. Each task has a title, description, priority level, and suggested role assignment.
The progress tracker shows the overall completion percentage, a breakdown of tasks by status (Todo, In Progress, Done), and a visual progress bar. Tasks are cycled through statuses with a single click — from Todo to In Progress to Done.
Workspaces have a flexible role system. Common roles include Developer, Designer, and PM. The workspace owner can add, remove, or reassign roles. Each team member can be assigned to a specific role slot.
Click the "Invite" button next to any role slot to assign a team member. You can also add new role slots by clicking "Add role" at the bottom of the team list. Each member gets a name and a role.
Proof of Work in Wokman refers to the verifiable history of contributions within a workspace. Every completed task, note, and submission creates a traceable record of who did what and when. This is especially valuable for DAOs, grant programs, and hackathon prizes where accountability matters.
When your team is ready to submit, use the Submission section to add your submission link, final output notes (demo video, repo, deck), and mark the workspace as Submitted. This creates a clear record that the work is complete and ready for review.
